We run regular dermoscopy clinics. These are where a clinician will use a dermatoscope to look in more detail at a mole or a skin lesion. A dermatoscope uses a magnifying lens and a powerful lighting system to examine skin structures and patterns that are not visible to the naked eye. This can be useful in identifying different types of lesions and help to determine when a referral is needed to dermatology.
