Patients with a range of musculo-skeletal  problems can now be seen directly by a First Contact Physiotherapist.  These account for up to 30% of all GP appointments.  As a result, patients receive specialist help more quickly, leading to an improved patient experience, better outcomes and a more efficient use of resources.
