Appointments can be booked in person at the practice, by telephone or online.  Please note an appointment slot is 10 minutes, if you feel you require longer, please ask a receptionist.

Routine appointments can be booked with a doctor of your choice up to 5-6 weeks in advance.  If your doctor is on holiday or busy it may take longer to be seen.

For urgent appointments we can offer a telephone appointment with the ‘same day doctor’, who can triage medical problems and signpost patients as appropriate. If a face to face appointment is necessary, the same day doctor will agree a time with you to come in.

Non urgent telephone appointments are also available every day, after morning surgery, with a doctor or nurse. If you need to speak to a doctor or nurse please book a telephone appointment and the doctor or nurse will call you back. A doctor may ask you to book a telephone appointment to discuss your results.  All calls are recorded for patient safety.

Please do not waste appointments - if you cannot attend your appointment let us know as soon as possible. Missed appointments (DNAs) put an unnecessary strain on our surgery resources and could be offered to someone else.
