Repeat Prescriptions

If you are on regular medication you can request further repeat prescriptions online via the link at the top of this page. Please note that you must be registered to use this service; contact reception or click here for more information.

You can also order in writing (by hand or post) or you can ask a pharmacy to request them on your behalf.

Prescriptions will be available for collection 48 hours after the request has been received. Some of our local pharmacies collect repeat prescriptions from the surgery daily and will have the medicines ready for collection from the pharmacy 72 hours after the request has been received at the surgery. Please let us know if you would like this use this service.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
