About us

General practice is changing. As well as having a strong team of doctors, advanced nurse practitioners, nurses and health care assistants, we have added new roles that will improve the quality of care.

These include mental health workers, physiotherapists, community connectors, a health and wellbeing coach and clinical pharmacists.

Patients will understand that we now offer a greater variety of consultations: face to face, telephone and online.  We work hard to get the balance right and we work closely with our Patient Participation Group to enhance the patient experience and to provide the best possible services.

Our mission statement

Exceptional care with the right person in the right place at the right time.

About the Primary Care Network (PCN)

The practice is part of the Whitewater Loddon Primary Care Network.  This means that we work closely together with Clift Surgery and with Whitewater Health.  Collectively, we employ a range of additional staff that support patients at all three practices.  The PCN also oversees the development of new models of care, designed to improve the patient experience and reduce pressure on hospital services.

The PCN sits under the Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board.
