For a routine appointment

We will aim to respond within 48 hours during opening times

Please put as much information as possible to help us process your request

For those patients who do not have access to a mobile phone or the internet, please continue to telephone the surgery and the receptionist will complete the form on your behalf.

We have moved to this mode of care due to the very high demand for our services and to ensure that we can deliver the safest care using our whole team which may not be a GP but one of our allied health professional team. We hope these changes will mean that we can keep our waiting times for routine appointments within an acceptable timescale as well as keeping continuity, which we know our patients value.

The changes will also mean that those who need a face-to-face appointment will get one sooner, whilst still offering phone appointments for those who find these more convenient. We also hope that the new system will reduce the amount of patient’s who ‘do not attend’ their appointments.

For children and young people under 18

For all requests for children, we ask you to use Wessex healthier together which is a service set up by paediatricians to help advise whether your problem can be managed at home or whether you need to contact us.

Please visit the healthier together website or download the app. If it advises you to contact us, please use the link above and we will contact you.
