Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight CCG was created when six different CCGs joined together in April 2021. As of 1st July 2022 this CCG and Portsmouth CCG joined together to form Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB). There is one set of policies, however decision-making arrangements for the management of Prior Approvals and IFRs across the historic localities within the ICB can still vary.
